The purpose of the Quran lessons is to ensure that the students not only learn to memorise and read the Quran with accuracy but also enjoy the process of learning.

In each lesson of the Quranic study, levels have been created to give a guideline to teachers and pupils. These levels are further divided into sub-levels. Once a child is enrolled, the class teacher will assess the pupil and determine what sub-levels he/she is on. In this way, children have a target to work towards and parents will have a clear idea of what level their child is working at and towards.

Recitation
Foundation: Qaidah, Makhraj, alphabet, vowels, connecting letters and words and short sentences
Intermediate: Juz Amma, reading long sentences, fluency, the etiquette of recitation of the Quran and Tajweed rules
Higher: Quran: Rules of madd, nun saakin and tanween rules, meem saakin rules, basic characteristics of letters, rules of waqf
Advance: Advanced Tajweed rules, rules of the letter Ra, rules of the letter Laam and detailed characteristics of letters

Memorisation
Foundation: Surah Al-Fatiha to Surah Al-Feel
Intermediate: Surah Al-Humaza to Al-Gashiyah
Higher: Surah Al-A’la to Surah An-Naba
Advance: Surah Mulk, Surah Waqiah, Surah Rahman & Surah Yaseen
