1st 4 Education’s primary objective is to equip the local residents with beneficial knowledge and produce individuals with a sound understanding of life and Islam. Today that vision is becoming a reality through your generous donations and support.

1st 4 education is based in Beckton; an area which is deprived from religious education. Alhamdulillāh we are currently providing classes for children and adults at a community centre. We are struggling with paying rent and other expenses that are vital for the running of this noble cause.

We do not have a regular income or funding, we solely operate on the donations and support of parents and well-wishers.

“Seeking knowledge is a compulsory on every Muslim” [Ibn Majah]

“Hasten in giving charity, for it stands in the way of calamity” [Tirmidhi]

During this difficult time it is recommended to give charity to save ourselves from calamities and difficulties. The prophetic guidance informs us that charity removes all types of hardships from our lives and giving charity was a noble habit of our beloved prophet (saw).

Abu Hurayrah (ra) reported: The Messenger of Allāh (saw) said, “When a human being departs from this world, his deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.” [Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim]

This is a brilliant opportunity to donate towards a noble cause during a pandemic crisis. Why not donate on behalf of a loved one that has departed from this world or for someone close who is going through difficult times. 

Remember that every child that will learn the Quran, memorise duas & surahs and learn to pray will become a means of 'sadaqah jariyah' for you; meaning as long as they learn & practise upon their knowledge you will be reaping the rewards insha'Allah.
