RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 7 days and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from.

When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.

You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). 1st 4 Education assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control: 

- Pickup at store

1st 4 Education accepts returns within 7 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.

No products may be returned to 1st 4 Education without the prior written consent of 1st 4 Education and are subject to a return charge.
